I've read the IRS articles which say they will distribute the refunds May thru summer, but what does summer mean, July, August, or September? Also just curious to see if anybody has seen this in action yet or gotten any kind of refund. I want to amend but I know they keep saying not to and to wait. But how long must one wait perspectively? Also, once it's corrected, will we get notified? And will we get our refund via direct deposit or a check in the mail?
