Do you have your SSA-1099?
Then do a Search (upper right) for ssa-1099 and click on the jump-to link (Mac users must find SSA-1999 in the Topics List). NOTE, just type in ssa-1099 and hit Enter - ignore all the suggested Search terms.
You will come to a screen that probably asks something like "do you want to enter your SSA-1099" - you're there!
