If you aren't able to upload your 1099-R then you can enter it manually. Please follow these steps:
- Login to your TurboTax Account
- Click on "Search" on the top right and type “1099-R”
- Click on “Jump to 1099-R”
- On the "Let's import your tax info" screen click "Change how I enter my form"
- On the "How do you want to enter your 1099‑R?" screen click "Type it in myself"
