I have the same issue. Mine was from a settlement of group law suit against my former employer for undercalculation of retirement matches. The total amt. is for $11.92 and no taxes were withheld. Says "n/a" in box 7. Turbo tax doesn't have n/a as a drop down selection, and it won't let me past the entry. I tried calling the phone number on the Payer's information, but it is no longer in service.
