So Maine just allowed the unemployment income of 2020 to not be taxed. BUT when i filed it was tax. How do i get that taxed money back??

So Maine just allowed the unemployment income of 2020 to not be taxed. BUT when i filed it was tax. How do i get that taxed money back??
unemployment income was $21000 for my wife n me. our total income was under the $100,000
