Retirement tax questions
You should have received an SSA-1099.
Do a Search (upper right) for ssa-1099 and click on the jump-to link (Mac users must find SSA-1099 in the Topics List). NOTE: when you type ssa-1099 just click on enter and do not choose any of the suggested search terms.
Then, as xmasbaby says, enter the data from your form into the TurboTax screen. TurboTax will handle the calculation to see if any of the Social Security payments are taxable.
