Yes, TurboTax does this automatically and you do not need to make any adjustments.
You can verify this by looking at the State Summary:
- Click on "Tax Tools" in the left menu
- Click "Tools"
- Click "View Tax Summary" in the Tool Center window
- Click on "CA tax summary" on the left
