Go to Review in the left hand margin. If it clears Review, you will proceed to the File process. There you will need to provide proof of identity and have the AGI from your 2019 tax return. When asked how you want to pay for your Minnesota tax due, indicate you will mail the payment in. That should take you to the filing process where you can print your returns then file.
