I figured it out. Line 22 had 0.00 populated and it was being rejected (I looked at the print version). I then googled how to delete a form in TT. Here is what I found: Open or continue your return in TurboTax. In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form. Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions. Being Form 1 is the WI return, I figured I had nothing to lose as it should be recreated. So I scrolled down and deleted it. I then went back in and started over. Form 1 was indeed regenerated with only .00 on line 22. I double and triple checked the populated fields and then e-filed. It was "Pending" and a few hours later WI "Accepted" the return. I hope this helps anyone else who is having the same issue and hope TT sees my resolution and put's it out there for their technical people and CPA's.
