So good news! I resubmitted my state forms this am- no fix was done by me- and they were accepted! TT may have done an overnight update- I couldn't get a straight answer from the help desk. If you had a rejected WI state return for the 401K penalty on row 22 of Form 1 please try to resubmit again- hopefully it will work and be accepted. Until next year TT people!
