If you entered a W-2 with a Code D in Box 12, that indicates you contributed to a Retirement Plan at work.
TurboTax automatically qualifies you for the Saver's Credit, based on your W-2 entry.
If you don't want to upgrade to Deluxe to claim the credit, go back to your W-2 entry and delete the Code D and amount in Box 12.
However, you may want to see if you qualify for the Free File Program, where you can file for free and still claim the Saver's Credit.
