"Did you receive this form 1099-r while living in one of these states . . .?" Is it asking when I withdrew the money (one state) or when I received the 1099-R (different
withdrew $ from IRA in April, moved to another state, received 1099-R at end of year, so does "did you RECEIVE this 1099-R while living in one of these states" mean literally when I received the form?
