Retirement tax questions

You said you deleted "this particular 1099-R"  - is there more than one?    Something on a different 1099-R might be blocking it.    I would delete  ALL 1099-R's and just enter this one by itself.

 

Nobody in this public forum can actually look at your tax return.

 

You can call customer support who can request a diagnostic copy of your return  to trouble shoot it.
