2019 1099-R's had box 12-14 that are now 14-16 n the 2020 1099-R. Some payers are still using the outdated 1099-R.
There are also CSA 1099-R's and RRB 1099-R's, that have different boxes and must be selected in TurboTax if yours is one of those.
