It is a general partnership LLC between my husband and my son When our accountant quit I was handed a haphazard mess to sort out this January. The EIN# I was given was the one I filed everything with. I was sorting out the files and found an EIN with the date that is after the one I used. It hasn't been used on any documents or filings.
