Retirement tax questions

I am honestly at a loss... I have the same issue...  NY State as well...

I've updated to the latest version, I've deleted and reentered the 1099R... still no change... it looks for a value to be entered into that field.... and I have no idea what to put there...

What a disaster, I may need to switch to a another program next year.
