Your National Guard pension is entered with any other 1099-Rs you receive - in the IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan (1099-R) interview of Federal > Income and Expenses > Retirement Plans and Social Security.

Enter "1099r" in the Search Box of TurboTax and select "jump to 1099R" from the results.
