Retirement tax questions

The list says Form 8915-E is available (1st image). Yet it is not working in the latest Desktop update (2nd and 3rd images).

UPDATE:

Just realized the wording was a little confusing so I thought the second option was for COVID-19 related disaster distribution. Should have just clicked on the COVID-19 option (1st option)
