Retirement tax questions
In TurboTax Desktop, try deleting the 1099R form then re-entering. When they added the update for the 8915E, I needed to deleted a 1099R then re-enter it for the update to recognize it. You can also go to forms mode to review your 1099R form. In the upper right have corner of the screen select "Forms". This will give you the ability to actually look at the 1099R input and find the area that is causing it to go red. Scroll down the form until you find the problem. If you cant fix it, delete and re-enter.
