Having a similar issue - it is as if TT is trying to make the pension untaxable. Until then, we are caught in an endless loop.
I think I figured it out - if you go back into the MA return and DO NOT put the zero in the 'non-taxable portion' box (leave it empty), I was subsequently able to e-file. Any number in this box negates your ability to efile - apparently even 0
