After you enter your Form 1099-R reporting your distribution, there will be a series of follow-up questions to answer based on the details of your Form 1099-R. One of those questions may be what you did with the money from the distribution.
If you do not see this particular question, then the distribution code in box 7 may already specify what was done with the money.
