You will not need to redo your taxes, because doing so would not change your "short coverage gap" exemption from the Affordable Care Act penalty.  The short coverage gap allows two months, so you are good whether the gap is one month, or two.

If for some reason the IRS writes you about this, you can send them a copy of your 1095-C in response, but honestly, I think they will not bother, since they also get a copy of it.
