Thanks for the response... there was no witholding taken out. But, to be clear, I did not roll over the withdrawal anywhere, or return it back into the account. I need to pay taxes on the amount withdrawn, but I just want to make sure everything else is filled out properly so that it does not say that I owe money for not taking out the full amount, or fill out any other fields incorrectly.
From what I can tell, answering that none of the money withdrawn was an RMD will yield the results that I believe I need, but I just wasn't sure... the wording of the questions are horrible...
