I have a Form 1099-R from an institution that gave me a P.O. Box address. Turbo tax won't accept P.O. Box number. What can I do?

I received a 1099-R from Bank of America. However their address is a P.O. Box number. When I enter the P.O. Box, Turbo Tax says I need a complete address.  All I have is P.O. Box number. What can I do?
