For two consecutive tax years--2017 & 2018--I have called Fidelity Investments on behalf of relatives to inquire whether their GM Hourly Pension Plans are RMDs. Each year, Fidelity has informed us that their GM Hourly Pension Plans are not--I repeat, not--RMDs. Whether this is true of all or other GM pension plans, I cannot say.
