Can decimal numbers be entered in a 1099-B Worksheet? Check this entry won't work for my case.

My federal tax witheld box is less than $1 on my 1099-B and for each Capital Gain adjustment it won't let me enter in the correct amount. This is causing me not to be able to file, What can I do?
