I am dealing with a 1099-B form, specifically the "amount disallowed under was sale rule". My form shows 0.32 and .033 for my two forms, but this amount is not allowed.

trying to figure out why .32 and .33 are not acceptable amount on turbo tax. when i attempt to enter them, they are replaced with 0, which is not accepted.
