keithsharp is referring the box B1 on TurboTax's 1099-R form in forms mode, the box used to indicate that the entire distribution was rolled over. The problem is that in addition to marking box B1, in the RMD section of this form you must unmark the "Entire gross is RMD" box and delete any value in the RMD-amount box. Still, even this might not work and isn't an option for online users, so the proper fix is to delete the 1099-R form, reenter it and indicate that none of the distribution is RMD.
