Go back to the screen that asks several questions including whether the IRA was inherited. You need to deselect that it was inherited. Then when you proceed to subsequent screens indicate that the distribution was not an RMD. That will cause the next screen to appear asking if you did a rollover. I too have an inherited IRA but could not get the rollover screen to appear until I pretended my IRA was NOT inherited. Apparently the problem only happens on TurboTax online version, not the disc.
