I have a 1099R that received a distribution in 2020.
Step by Step says that it is not taxable.
1040 line 4a is blank, Line 4b shows full distribution amount
Rollover shows before Line 4b amount
Line 4b amount is carried to line 9 on 1040
Looks like Turbotax calc error
