I've not received my 1099-R from Prudential either. The tax documents section on my Prudential Account doesn't show this year's form. I would assume if it's not made available to account holders yet then TurboTax would have no way to pull it either. TurboTax also asks for some sort of Form ID number when attempting to pull the form from Prudential directly and account holders wouldn't have that number if they don't have access to the form itself.
