I cannot enter my checking account info on my 1040 form for a refund. It will not allow me to do it Lewis

None of the answers fit my problem!  I cannot enter my checking account information on my 1040 form.  It will not allow me to do it.  I have tried to bypass the lock! How can I turn it on to enter this information.  Lewis
