I got the same problem for the 2020 tax year software and get the same response in turbotax concerning the IRS not being ready to handle retirement income! When I check for updates in turbotax it says my TT Deluxe is already UP TO DATE!!! This is frustrating since I cannot finish my taxes until I enter my 1099 R info. Is the IRS really having a problem with this area or do I have a bad version of TurboTax? It was bought in late Dec 2020 from Sam's Club. Please HELP!
P.S. should I try reinstalling the s/w or download it directly from... InstallTurboTax.com ... using the license code on the CD jacket?
