As you know, the CARES Act permitted me to rollover my RMD for 2020 even though I had already received it and had my Federal taxes taken out in early 2020. The "2020 Form 5498 IRA Contribution Information" shows the amount of my 2020 rollover on line 2. I received the form from Fidelity in late January 2021.
