The 1099-NEC is brand new this year and perhaps Turbo Tax did not have the ability to transition the information from the 1099-MISC to 1099-NEC. As a result, go ahead and manually input the 1099-NEC and next year, it should populate into your 2021 return without you having to reinput the 1099-NEC information again.
