Wow - thanks!!! I was tearing my hair out over this; even called the IRS and got a total nonsense (incorrect) answer - big surprise there.....It just didn't occur to me that my having taken an RMD wasn't "really" an RMD, because there WERE no RMD's last year! Thank you thank you thank you!
