Will the withdrawals taken after the Cares act was passed also use form 8915-E to account for the A) Taking of the withdrawals and B) The return of any RMD? / I noticed when reading the form 8915-E, that there is some language on it that suggest that return or RMDs are NOT addressed in form 8915-E.
