When will TurboTax have the correct version for COVID disaster relief withdrawals from a 401k so I can spread interest over 3 years and not be charged the extra tax?

I am currently being charged the extra 10% tax. Also, I do not see the option to spread the taxes over the next three years. Will the new version be available before tax filing day?
