If you are a rideshare driver you certainly can deduct vehicle cost. You may not be in the correct version.
If you are in the TurboTax Self-Employed software go to:
- Self-Employed income and expenses
- Post your business if you haven't yet, or REVIEW the business.
- Answer any initial questions.
- You will come to Let's get the deductions unique to your work.
- You will now have the option to select expenses.
- Select Vehicle plus any others that may apply.
- Scroll to the bottom and CONTINUE.
Now proceed to answer the questions
