Do I need TurboTax Deluxe to file a 1099-Q?

Whenever I add my 1099-Q and attempt to file, I am told to upgrade to deluxe due to misc income. Just wanted to find out if deluxe is really needed. Last year, I did not get this error/message so I'm not sure why its happening now. Thanks!
