Retirement tax questions

I provided my bank account information (account and routing numbers) for payment.    Had to enter it twice as part of TT verification, so I pretty sure that it was correct.    The withdrawal was not taken from my account on the appointed date however.   Tried to review the information I provided on my return, but it was X'd out.   How do I confirm the correct account number or figure out what to do next?
