What code is on box 7?
If you mean box 5, then that is usually employee contributions to a retirement plan and not insurance, but if health insurance was paid by the plan then it can be in box 5. Only PSO's (Public Safety Officer - law enforcement, fire, etc) can deduct up to $3,000 form the taxable amount. Anyone else would enter it as an itemized medical deductions on Schedule A that will not be of any benefit unless you can itemize.
