Since you were a GA resident for the whole year, there will not be an allocation page to fill out splitting your income between GA and non-GA income. 

 

Instead, the GA return will start with the Federal Adjusted Gross Income, which will include the total amount of Form 1099-R distributions.  You will not need to make any adjustments for it to all be allocated to GA.
