SSA1099

I receive a teacher's pension that  pays for most of my needs..  My social security is minimal and all of it is used to pay for my medicare, except about $12 monthly I pay out of pocket.   I did NOT receive an SSA1099 form for 2019. I called SS and said I don't need one.   So do I need to declare the  $2200 which was sent directly from the govt to pay for Medicare?   If so,  how do I input this?  Or do I not declare it at all??
