Should I be considered an early retiree? I am 74 & am; on Social Security. Should my withdrawals be considered early withdrawals?
Your answer states "If you withdraw money from a qualified retirement plan or IRA beforereaching age 59½, you'll have to pay:- A 10% penalty, and Regular income tax on money withdrawn"
