- That I am unable to provide therefore I am unable to create an account. How do I prove my identity when I can't creat an account online and no one is available to answer calls at the IRS. I filed in January and have been unable to obtain my refund as well as the stimulus check. I really need to get this handled. Any help would be much appreciated.
