I am sorry you are having to deal with this, but, it is not possible to pay any state tax due out of your Federal refund. The only thing that can be paid out of a Federal refund are the TurboTax fees if one chooses to do so.
Please contact the State of Maryland if they withdrew the taxes due on the wrong scheduled date.
