I do not understand that as a retired Federal Employee (6 years now) why would the tax receipt say I make contributions to the system? I understand the taxable amount but not why any $$ should be deducted for services not asked for or rendered. It will take Forever, but will contact OPM: Hopefully, that department has not been eliminated.
