I called tech support twice and you end up talking to CPAs who have no knowledge of software interfaces.  Anyone in the Community here knows how to contact a REAL live application tech support?  
The main reason I am paying for TT is to be able to import the data.  If that function does not work, we all should get our money back.  How do we submit a Complaint to Intuit?  People who work for Intuit and read these posts, can you provide some help here?
