I can’t import either. Always worked in the past. Using the Premier downloaded version on a MacBook Pro with the latest MacOS Monterey version. TT up to date.
I tried several times and it failed each time after saying in Safari “Success! We got your tax data. You can now return to TurboTax.” While at the same time saying in TT “This import was unsuccessful.” When I download a csv file 1099 it has ~3000 rows, so under the 10,000 limit.
Finding this and several other sites where people say they can’t download from Fidelity I knew it wasn’t just me and I tried various suggestions. Re-opened TT, cleared Fidelity, Intuit, and Turbotax caches and cookies in Safari, pop-up windows allowed, close/reopen Safari, tried Firefox, rebooted Mac, uninstalled TT removing everything in the library too and reinstalled, cleared Mac system caches, tried Firefox and Safari again. Probably forgot some other attempts. No joy.
This isn’t the two different accounts issue people also have. Telling me to enter it manually isn’t helpful. I already know. TT should work as before and as advertised.
